Uses For Old CDs – 2 Upcycling Ideas

Jamie from talks us through 2 upcycling uses for old CDs – a sparkly DIY glitter ball and upcycled CD jewellery! I love how the necklace reflects the light, it’s an eye catching piece.


The materials and equipment that you’ll need to make your upcycled CD disco ball and jewellery are shown below.

  • Styrofoam ball or you could make a paper mache one and paint it (it would be a great reuse for old wrapping paper or junk mail!)
  • Strong glue
