How To Upcycle A Table With Bottle Caps

Bar Top Epoxy show us how to upcycle a table with bottle caps.  This idea is perfect for old tables that have or had a top glass panel, as they tend to have a wooden lip running round the top to secure it in place.

If your table doesn’t have a lip, you can make one yourself using lengths of mouldings cut and applied to the top of the table surface.  Remember, there are lots of different items that you can embed in your table such as bar mats, ticket stubs, photos and old jewellery.

Please remember epoxy resin is a hazardous substance, only use it in a well ventilated area and ensure that you wear gloves, protective eye wear and a respirator mask.

They also made a short video to demonstrate how to mix the resin.
